Leasto Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At Leasto, we are committed to delivering high-quality, customized products to your doorstep. Because our items are crafted specifically for you, we have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return in the event of a damaged or defective product.

Please note: Customized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect on our part.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: It must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your receipt or order confirmation number.

  • Tags: All original tags must remain intact.

3. Damages and Issues

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at infoleasto@gmail.com right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized items (e.g., items with names or personal initials) unless there is a clear defect.

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

5. Return Process

If you need to return an item:

  1. Request: Email us at infoleasto@gmail.com to initiate your request.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

7. Cancellation Policy

As our products are made-to-order, we begin the manufacturing and customization process immediately after an order is placed.

  • In the event of a cancellation request, 50% of the total order amount will be eligible for a refund, as costs for production have already been incurred.

  • We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
